Following is the manufacturing process flow of Dark Travonyx Travertine:
Getting Raw Material :The raw material is extracted from the Quarry/Block in the form of big sized slabs.Production Line :The slabs is then processed on the production line in the following manner :
- The Circle-Saw and Wire Saw draw the large size slab into desired slab sizes.
- Once the desired slab sizes are obtained,the holes in the slabs are filled using the filling material.
- After this step the slabs go through Infrared Bridge Cutting
- And after CNC Carving final tile of Dark Travonyx Travertine is obtained.
